Concept & Design

THE CHALLENGE. To launch and establish Root 7 Salon as a distinctive boutique beauty destination in a saturated market—one that blends elevated, modern branding with a warm, organic client experience. This required building the brand from the ground up-- from its unique tone, visual identity, and interior aesthetic design to digital storytelling and operational systems.
 

THE CREATION. As Co-Founder and Creative Director, I developed and executed Root 7 Salon’s full brand identity, designing a cohesive visual language and customer experience that balances luxurious minimalism with natural, inviting tones. I designed and launched the salon’s website, directed interior styling, and created branded content across all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)—leading photography, styling, copywriting, and trend-informed strategy.
 

My role spanned art direction, content creation, digital marketing, brand storytelling, and backend operations. I oversaw daily communications, managed payroll and contracts, coordinated product sourcing, and led campaign rollouts. Every touchpoint, from visuals to voice to in-salon experience, was thoughtfully crafted to position Root 7 as a modern salon with a point of view rooted in style, mission, and client connection.
